In Outlook 2013, click
File, then
Account Settings
In this step, enter your information in the boxes provided.
Replace youremail@yourdomain.com with your actual email address.
If you have your own domain name, you can use either mail.silverlinesolutions.com or mail.yourdomain.com (replacing yourdomain.com with your actual domain) for the incoming and outgoing mail servers.
For server type, you can select POP3 or IMAP. Both are supported.
For your User Name, be sure to enter your entire email address.

OptionalIf you are having trouble sending email, your ISP may be blocking port 25. If that happens, you can send email on port 587 instead.
To change the port, on the More Settings window, click the Advanced tab.
Change the outgoing port to 581 and click Ok.
