Email Account Settings

To setup your email account, you will need the following information.

Your username should be your entire email address.

Incoming mail server (POP3 or IMAP): mail.silverlinesolutions.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.silverlinesolutions.com

Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication should be checked if your email client has an option for it.

Some ISPs block port 25 for sending email.  If you are having trouble sending email, or just prefer to go ahead and change it to prevent future problems, you can change the port for your outgoing email (SMTP) to port 587.

You can use TLS to encrypt the connection to the mail server for both incoming and outgoing servers if you choose.  This is optional.

If you would prefer to use your own domain for your incoming and outgoing mail servers, you can also use mail.yourdomain.com (replacing yourdomain.com with your actual domain name).  You cannot use TLS to encrypt the connection if you use your own domain name in the incoming and outgoing mail servers.
