Silverline Solutions partnered with Hall to integrate cloud hosted desktops, application hosting, and a cloud hosted phone system to secure their systems and to provide an efficient and productive IT infrastructure for their employees.  Then they focused on providing a robust customer portal to streamline their customer engagement processes and give their customers a great online experience.

Challenge

Hall has successfully expanded into six locations throughout North Carolina and Virginia. With multiple locations, they needed an IT solution to help manage their growing needs that was secure, reliable, and scalable. They also needed to simplify their order and payment processes for their customers for improved efficiency and an amazing customer experience.

Solution

Silverline worked with Hall to plan, implement, and support hosted cloud desktops, a hosted cloud phone system and to host their ERP system, Cargas Energy.

Once their systems were in the cloud and able to be reliably managed, we set Hall up with MyFuelPortal which is a customer portal designed for the gas and oil industry. This portal works in conjunction with their Cargas Energy ERP system. The customer portal drives efficiency in their business and gives their customers a great experience allowing them to pay bills, manage their account, and request service and delivery with ease, while allowing Hall to dictate each customers journey and experience.
